Terms of service

These terms apply to your subscription to EzApply, desktop software that helps you apply for jobs.

The software

EzApply is in beta. It runs on your own computer and uses your own accounts on job sites and your own Google Gemini (or local) AI model. Job sites change often, so features can stop working until an update fixes them. We give no guarantee of interviews, job offers or any number of applications.

Your responsibility

You decide what is sent in your name and you check that your profile is truthful. Automating LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites may break their user terms, and those sites can restrict accounts. You use EzApply at your own risk and agree to use it at a reasonable pace. You stay present to complete captchas and security checks; EzApply does not bypass them.

Subscription and license

A subscription gives you a personal license key for up to 2 computers. You may not share, resell, or try to remove the license check. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. You can cancel at any time; the software works until the end of the paid period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
